무담 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제 요청에서 로그인한 계정의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 고객센터에 요청이 등록되고 계정 소유 확인 후 처리합니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없다면 [email protected]으로 제목 ‘무담 계정 삭제 요청’과 가입 시 사용한 로그인 방식(카카오/Google), 계정 식별 정보를 보내 주세요. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.
삭제 대상: 계정 프로필, 상담 내용·기록, 생성한 공유 콘텐츠, 기기 알림 토큰. 결제·환불 및 분쟁 관련 기록은 적용 법령이 정한 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기합니다. 삭제 요청 전에 필요한 기록을 저장해 주세요. 삭제 후에는 복구할 수 없습니다. 요청 처리 상태는 고객센터에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
In MUDAM, open Settings → Request account deletion while signed in. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “MUDAM account deletion”, your sign-in provider and account identifier. Never send your password. We verify account ownership before processing requests. Profile data, reading history, shared content and notification tokens are removed. Transaction records subject to statutory retention are kept separately for the required period, then deleted.
